The three characters in this film, given to different reasons, they have been placed in a culture which is totally different from their own. It is worth to explore how culture different, culture shock and culture identity impact on people. Also, the kitchen looks small, the people seems always doing same thing through the whole night. However, there are lots of thing happening and changing between them and insight of themselves. Therefore, this film also represent this through the narration and lots of details. Personally, I have been working in this restaurant, as a part time job, for almost one year. I love the workers there, and learn a lot from them, so it is also part of my precious memory.
